Disclosure on use of personal information

As a member of the CSRSA, you provide us with your name, address, company name, title, phone number and work email address. This information is required to ensure your paid membership status is recognized when you attend General Meetings and to confirm the member discount for conference registrations, for newsletter and conference mailings, and to share with our CSRSA sponsors when they wish to communicate with you on surveys and other such activities approved by the Board of Directors from time-to-time.

Opt-Out

The CSRSA website has a "member profile" function where you can update your profile information at any time. The profile function has an "opt-out" function that gives you the ability to opt-out of any communication from our CSRSA sponsors should you wish not to be included in industry related surveys or other such activities.
